Job Description

CHCS is looking for two exceptional clinical leaders for our Bangor and Lincoln offices to step into one of the most impactful roles within our organization. As a Manager of Clinical Operations (MCO) you will oversee a multidisciplinary team of nurses, home health aides, social worker, spiritual advisors and other administrative staff. AS MCO you will serve as an integral member of CHCS's clinical leadership team, contributing your perspective and expertise to organization-wide planning and decision-making. Need knowledge of home health and hospice regulatory standard

CHCS believes in the importance of work-life balance, we offer generous leave time with paid sick & vacation time plus seven paid holidays and five paid float holiday time to our full-time staff and pro-rated time for part-time staff.

Annual Salary Range is $88,000 to $95,000

Must have a valid State of Maine driver's license and automobile liability coverage of $100,000/$300,000.
