?Job Description
The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization to support end-to-end hiring activities and ensure a positive candidate experience. This role serves as an integral partner in managing recruiting operations, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, and building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. The position is ideal for a highly organized individual who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is looking to broaden their experience within a top-tier talent acquisition function.
Responsibilities
Schedule interviews and phone screens by working directly with candidates and hiring teams, including arranging travel logistics for visiting candidates when needed.
Update candidate records and job postings in applicant tracking and recruiting systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
Confirm new hires in the recruiting systems and support the onboarding process from a coordination standpoint.
Provide timely follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email, maintaining a professional and positive candidate experience.
Track recruiting activities and compile candidate status updates into a weekly report for recruiters and other stakeholders.
Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings, including organizing schedules and preparing debrief materials for hiring teams.
Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and enhance scheduling efficiency across the recruiting process.
Assist in the coordination and execution of other recruiting activities as needed to support the broader talent acquisition team.
Essential Skills
At least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a similar coordination role.
Experience using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support reporting, documentation, and communication.
Bachelor's degree.
Hands-on experience with recruiting coordination, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and talent acquisition processes.
Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
