We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Yorktown Heights. This contract position with the potential to become permanent is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping workstreams organized, communicating professionally, and providing dependable administrative support. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to a busy team environment while handling a mix of coordination, communication, and recordkeeping tasks.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative activities to help maintain an organized and efficient office environment.

Respond to incoming phone calls professionally, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and relay messages accurately.

Enter, update, and maintain information in internal systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Prepare routine documents, correspondence, and reports to support team and departmental needs.

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and general office logistics to ensure smooth daily operations.

Organize and maintain files, records, and other administrative documentation for easy access and compliance.

Assist with additional clerical and operational tasks as needed to support business priorities.

Requirements - Previous experience in an administrative support or office coordination role.

Demonstrated ability to handle inbound calls in a courteous and detail-focused manner.

Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and consistency.

Proficiency with standard office software and general computer applications.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
