Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, communicating effectively, and keeping administrative tasks moving efficiently. The role offers the opportunity to serve as a central point of coordination for office activities, front-desk interaction, and accurate record handling.

Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors and provide attentive front-desk support while maintaining a positive office environment.

Manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and relay messages accurately and promptly.

Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy to keep records current and organized.

Assist with a variety of administrative activities such as document preparation, filing, and general office coordination.

Support daily office operations by tracking information, updating internal records, and ensuring materials are easily accessible.

Respond to routine questions from internal and external contacts in a courteous and timely manner.

Requirements - Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or receptionist-related role.

Ability to handle inbound calls effectively and communicate clearly with a wide range of contacts.

Strong data entry skills with close attention to accuracy and detail.

Proficiency in general administrative support tasks and office organization.

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office setting.
