Job Title: Clean Room Operator

Job Description

As a Clean Room Operator, you will operate and monitor production equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). You will ensure compliance with quality standards by inspecting raw materials, in-process products, and finished electrodes or assemblies. Additionally, you will accurately record production data, equipment readings, and quality checks in designated systems/logs, while adhering to all safety rules and wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production equipment following SOPs.

Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished assemblies for quality compliance.

Record production data, equipment readings, and quality checks accurately.

Identify, report, and assist in troubleshooting basic equipment or process issues.

Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks for material transfer.

Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance of machines and work areas.

Essential Skills

Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds.

Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts.

Proficient in reading and following SOPs and written instructions.

Comfortable wearing full cleanroom PPE.

Experience working around chemicals.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in manufacturing or cleanroom environment preferred.

Work Environment

Work shifts include A Shift: 7:55AM-8:25PM, Sunday-Tuesday (rotating every other Wednesday) and B Shift: 7:55AM-8:25PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Queen Creek, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
