What You'll Do
Manage and grow an established in-house loan portfolio
Develop new agricultural and commercial lending relationships through an active community presence and call schedule
Meet with borrowers to understand their goals and provide thoughtful financing solutions
Analyze financial information, structure loans, determine pricing, and make sound lending decisions
Build long-term relationships with agricultural producers, businesses, and community members
Promote banking products and services while maintaining a high level of personal service
Support the development and implementation of new products and services
What We're Looking For
3+ years of agricultural or commercial lending experience
Strong understanding of agricultural lending and financial analysis
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to independently evaluate loan opportunities and make sound credit decisions
Community-minded approach with a genuine interest in working with local agricultural producers
Professional, personable, and motivated attitude

Base salary up to $125,000 DOE, plus incentives and bonuses
