We're looking for an RN to provide skilled visits for patients in their homes while delivering thoughtful, clinically focused care. What You'll Do Perform skilled nursing visits according to each patient's plan of care Provide wound care, medication administration, and IV infusions Assess patients and monitor changes in condition Communicate patient needs and progress with the care team Complete required clinical documentation Coordinate care with patients, families, and providers What You'll Need Active, unrestricted Texas RN license Home health experience preferred, but not required Current BLS/CPR certification Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and manage patient visits What We Offer $1,000-$1,300 per week (base pay plus incentives) Mileage reimbursement Medical, dental, and vision based on hours worked 24/7 support staff Ongoing training and professional development Employee recognition programs Locally owned and operated Faith-based work environment No OASIS documentation required.
