Saint-Gobain Wayne, NJ is looking for a Maintenance Inventory & Environmental Coordinator.

The role is responsible for maintaining CMMS software platform & database, critical spare parts inventory management including researching/ordering parts and ordering/scheduling services, creating requisitions and collecting signed work orders, invoices, reconciling purchase orders with invoices and service records as well as maintaining the physical spare parts inventory. Make minor repairs to plant equipment and property, routine facility maintenance, must be available for emergency call-ins to ensure optimum production capacity and assist in other duties of the maintenance department and assist maintenance mechanics.

Responsibilities:
Maintains and updates CMMS software database to ensure information accuracy, stability and availability
Maintains and updates Preventative Maintenance procedures based on OEM manuals, actual equipment experience
Maintains and enhances critical spare parts/components/supplies inventory, minimum levels maintenance and availability, including the physical organization and maintenance of inventory.
Manages proper handling and disposal of Universal waste streams.
Maintains assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and attractiveness.
Communicate and cooperate with fellow employees to maintain quality, operational efficiency, and safety.
Clean and maintain tools and work area as scheduled or as needed.
Coordinate with Maintenance Mechanics and Engineers in purchasing spare parts or help in machine related maintenance.
Perform work assigned by immediate Supervisor.
Notifies department management in case of security breaches or other facility-related problems.
Participate in self-development and training of others.
Perform other related duties as required or as directed by supervisor.
Exhibits safety awareness and safe work practices.
Understand all environmental policies and significant environmental impact of job activities in accordance with the ISO 14001 standard.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to effectively work independently and as part of a team.
Basic command of the English language, written and verbal.
Able to read and follow SOPs, work instructions, labels, and SDS's as appropriate.
Able to operate departmental equipment necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
Knowledgeable in personal computer use.
Capability to learn and work with CMMS software.
Familiarity with Saint-Gobain processes and equipment
Math skills as needed to fulfill job responsibilities.
Maintain cleanliness around maintenance shop and maintenance cages, including equipment work area as per company's 5S practices and guidelines

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the local pay range for this position, which is $25.00 to $27.00 per hour. This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 5% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate plus Bonus, annualized (40 hrs/week * 52wks)) for this position, is $57,200 TTC to $61,700 TTC. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
