GENERAL PRODUCTION OPERATOR

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Strong attendance and reliability

Comfortable working around dust, noise, and varying temperatures

Willingness to work a rotating 12-hour schedule

Ability to learn new equipment and processes

Work Environment

Specialized graphite manufacturing facility

Cross-training across multiple production areas

Entry-level position with advancement opportunities

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Sanborn, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.65/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
