Description We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a contract opportunity. This role supports daily customer interactions in a call center environment, helping resolve inquiries efficiently and ensuring accurate order processing. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide detail-oriented service across inbound and outbound customer contact.

Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls while delivering prompt, courteous, and solution-oriented support.

Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, clarify information, or provide updates to customers.

Enter customer orders accurately into the appropriate systems and verify details to reduce processing errors.

Respond to questions related to products, orders, and service issues with clear and detail-oriented communication.

Document customer interactions thoroughly to maintain accurate records and support service continuity.

Resolve routine concerns independently and escalate more complex matters to the appropriate team when necessary. Requirements - Previous experience in a customer service or call center role.

Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Strong data entry and order processing skills with a high level of accuracy.

Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced support environment.
