Small Part Assembly Positions! Contract to hire! PAYS 22/HR!

We're willing to train motivated candidates with a strong attention to detail.

? 1st Shift

? $18-$20/hr

? Clean, climate-controlled environment

? Work with cutting-edge medical, aerospace & defense products

What You'll Do:

Assemble tiny electronic components using microscopes and precision tools

Follow simple work instructions and assembly drawings

Inspect parts for quality and accuracy

Learn technical skills like electronics assembly, soldering, and clean room processes

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail

Comfortable working with small parts

Good hand-eye coordination

Reliable and eager to learn

Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required!

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Solon, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
