Now Hiring Assemblers on 2nd Shift

Starting at $20+/hr | Overtime Available | Climate-Controlled Facility

Key Responsibilities

Assemble products using hand tools, air tools, and production equipment

Operate assembly equipment, including saws, crimpers, and testing tools

Read measurements and follow blueprints or work instructions

Pull materials, package finished products, and prepare shipments

Assist with inventory control and cycle counting

Enter basic production data into computer systems

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

Support multiple warehouse and production departments as needed

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Experience with hand and power tools

6+ months of manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, production, or general labor experience

Experience using hand tools and reading measurements

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly

Willingness to cross-train in multiple areas

Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to detail

Schedule

2nd Shift

Monday-Friday

2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Overtime available until 1:00 AM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of HIAWATHA, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.35 - $20.35/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
