Responsibilities Develop operational plans by aligning Installation Supply Support Activity (ISSA) mission requirements with workload needs. Evaluate supply activities by inspecting compliance to maintain efficiency. Administer contractor performance by executing surveillance requirements to ensure adherence to contract standards. Analyze inventory discrepancies to support timely corrective action. ; AND 4. Applied corrective actions to resolve discrepancies in property documentation. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11 or above). Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
