Job Title: Assembler Job Description

Join our team to build high-quality medical device products and instruments through precise mechanical assemblies. Utilize various hand tools and adhere to detailed work instructions to ensure all components are properly inspected.

Responsibilities

Build mechanical assemblies with strict adherence to Paramit vPoke® principles.

Ensure assemblies and components are properly handled, inspected, and inserted.

Cross-train to cover other functions in the mechanical production floor and other departments as needed.

Support team projects and process improvement activities as directed.

Essential Skills

Basic mechanical assembly skills, with prior experience preferred.

Proficiency in both verbal and written English language.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Adherence to safety rules and regulations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Openness to intensive training and reading as required.

Compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Work Environment

Experience a unique work environment unlike typical manufacturing companies. Paramit utilizes a computer-directed system called vPoke® for all assemblies, enhancing concentration and involvement through interactive activities. The system ensures 100% traceability and zero defects, simplifying complex assembly into individual steps for precise repeatability. Operators work with custom part trays that hold parts in sequence, ensuring no missing pieces, with validation steps to guarantee quality and consistency.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Morgan Hill, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
