1st shift: 6:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
2nd shift: 2:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m.

What You'll Do
As a CNC Machine Operator, you will:
Operate CNC machines, drill presses, lathes, milling machines, and other machine tools.
Read and follow blueprints, sketches, production diagrams, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
Fabricate precision-machined components.
Perform basic shop calculations to determine tooling feeds, speeds, and layouts.
Inspect parts using precision measuring tools, including micrometers, dial indicators, and calipers.
Perform basic machine programming or adjustments as needed.
Work with the Lead to complete jobs accurately and on schedule.
Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You'll Need
Previous work experience operating CNC equipment is strongly preferred.
Experience with CNC, lathe, or manual machines
Entry-level candidates with CNC-related schooling, technical training, or hands-on experience in CNC machining, programming, or machine setup are encouraged to apply.
High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
Ability to read blueprints and perform basic math and angle calculations.
Working knowledge of hand-measuring and inspection tools.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to perform physical work, including lifting approximately 50-75 pounds.
