Description

Robert Half is seeking a receptionist with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail. In this Receptionist role you will be responsible for answering phones, acting as the company liaison, and interacting professionally with customers. This is a temporary-to-fulltime position located in Fremont, California.

Receptionist Duties:

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office

Ensure reception area is well-kept and clean

Answer multi line phone lines and greet guests

Prepare badges for guests and visitors

Maintain a log of all visitors

Upkeep calendar and schedule any upcoming events

Requirements

Qualifications

3-4 years of administrative, office support, or executive support experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
