Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Part-Time Senior Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the Assistant Director. This role requires exceptional calendar management skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced detail oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the Assistant Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and resolving scheduling conflicts. Monitor and prioritize emails, ensuring timely responses and follow-up on important matters. Prepare, edit, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents using Microsoft Word. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting materials. Maintain confidential records and information with a high level of discretion. Assist with special projects, research, and administrative initiatives as needed. Organize and maintain electronic files and documentation. Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external contacts. Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Requirements Qualifications 5+ years of administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior leadership or executive-level professionals. Strong calendar management and scheduling experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. detail oriented demeanor and strong customer service skills. High degree of confidentiality and discretion. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting directors, executives, or leadership teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
