Administrative Assistant - Hybrid

Support Loan Officers and members throughout the mortgage application process by gathering documentation, reviewing information, and helping ensure loans move smoothly from application to approval.

What You'll Do

Partner with Loan Officers and members throughout the mortgage process.

Collect and review required loan documentation.

Follow up with members to obtain missing information and paperwork.

Assist with loan applications from pre-application through processing.

Calculate income and review asset statements to support loan eligibility.

Update and maintain loan information in internal systems.

Manage a pipeline of approximately 45-60 loan applications, with higher volumes during peak periods.

Communicate with members by phone and through virtual channels to provide updates and answer questions.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication and customer service skills.

Comfort working with technology and navigating multiple systems.

Experience in mortgage, banking, financial services, or administrative support is a plus BUT not required.

This is a Contract position based out of Martinsburg, WV.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $23.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
