Job Description
The Warehouse Associate works in a high-volume warehouse assembly environment, packaging and preparing products for shipment. This role focuses on assembly line tasks such as opening product cases, inserting items into boxes, performing visual inspections, labeling, and palletizing. The position also involves preparing mixed case orders through accurate picking and verification, requiring strong attention to detail, efficiency, flexibility, and respectful communication with team members.

Responsibilities
Package and prepare products for shipment in a warehouse assembly environment.
Work on a manual assembly line, rotating through assigned positions as needed.
Open cases of product and insert items into boxes according to established procedures.
Perform thorough visual inspections of products to ensure quality and accuracy.
Label products and cases correctly and prepare them for palletizing.
Place labeled cases onto pallets in an organized and efficient manner.
Prepare mixed case orders by accurately picking and verifying products against order requirements.
Follow rotation system guidelines and adapt to different tasks throughout the shift.
Maintain efficiency and organization while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Communicate respectfully and effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures within the warehouse environment.
Support overall workflow and productivity by collaborating with up to 100 associates in the department.
Essential Skills
Demonstrated manual dexterity for handling products and working on an assembly line.
Experience with warehouse or assembly work, including packaging and rebuilding or refurbishing products.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate labeling, picking, verification, and visual inspection.
Ability to work efficiently and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to rotate between different positions and tasks on the manual line.
Organizational skills to manage tasks and maintain orderly work processes.
Respectful and clear communication skills for working alongside a large team.
High school diploma.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in a warehouse distribution or manufacturing environment.
Experience in assembly, refurbishing, rebuilding, or packaging operations.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions on an assembly line.
Comfort working with standardized procedures and quality control checks.
Reliability in adhering to a fixed weekday schedule and shift hours.

Work Environment
This position is based in a warehouse assembly environment at a distribution center in North Bend, WA, which is not easily accessible by metro transit. You will work alongside up to 100 associates within the department on a manual assembly line, handling products, cases, and pallets in a fast-paced setting. The dress code is casual, allowing jeans and non-offensive T-shirts, while skirts and dresses are not permitted due to safety concerns around moving machinery. The standard shift schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:40 p.m., providing regular daytime hours in a structured and safety-focused facility.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
