As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment for employees, customers, and visitors while responding to security-related concerns with professionalism. Pay Rate: $21.07 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Mon06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Tue06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Sun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entry points, parking facilities, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unusual conditions in accordance with site procedures.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency services as directed.

Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while maintaining a professional presence at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

A Guard Card/License is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Must be 21 years of age or older

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
