We're looking for a Lead Line Cook to join our busy sports bar located inside one of the region's premier casino destinations. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role where you'll help drive kitchen operations, mentor teammates, and bring bold flavors to thousands of guests in a fast-paced, exciting environment.

?? What You'll Do

As our Lead Line Cook, you'll be a key player in creating the game-day atmosphere our guests love.

Daily Responsibilities

Lead and support line cooks during service while maintaining high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency

Prepare and execute menu items including appetizers, burgers, entres, specialty dishes, soups, sauces, and sides

Ensure recipes and portion standards are followed to deliver an exceptional guest experience

Coordinate prep and production to keep service running efficiently during high-volume periods

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen that meets all health and safety regulations

Work closely with chefs, kitchen staff, and front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding service

Assist with inventory management, minimizing waste, and maintaining product quality

? What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED

2-4 years of professional culinary experience

Previous lead cook or supervisory experience preferred

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, food safety, and quality standards

Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Passion for teamwork, leadership, and guest satisfaction

ServSafe Certification preferred

?? Physical Requirements

Frequently lift up to 25 lbs.

Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to stand, move, bend, and work in a busy kitchen for extended periods
