Job Description
The Engineering Services Support & Procurement Aide will provide administrative, operational, and procurement support to the Sourcing team. This person will serve as a central administrative point of contact and help ensure that daily business activities are organized, accurate, and completed on schedule.
Responsibilities
Provide confidential, high-level administrative support to the Global Engineering Sourcing team.
Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones.
Schedule supplier reviews, arrange meetings, and resolve calendar conflicts with discretion.
Support planning and logistics for events, including the Annual Supplier Summit.
Coordinate visitor registration and on-site logistics.
Independently manage special assignments delegated by leadership.
Perform general administrative duties, including mail handling, file creation and maintenance, meeting coordination, and correspondence preparation.
Plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, and required travel documentation.
Process and reconcile expense reports through SAP Concur.
Ensure expense reports comply with company policies and are submitted on time.
Serve as a resource to the Global Engineering Sourcing team regarding travel preferences and SAP Concur processes.
Assist with data entry, purchasing activities, and routine procurement operations.
Provide backup support for MRP Controller inputs in SAP, including data entry, transaction processing, and related administrative support.
Gather, compile, organize, and report information relevant to leadership priorities.

This is a professional, business-facing support position working closely with the Global Engineering Sourcing team. The role will begin on-site to allow the contractor to learn internal processes, systems, team preferences, and business requirements. A part-time schedule of approximately 20 hours per week is expected. There is an opportunity to work closely with a global engineering sourcing organization, gaining exposure to procurement, purchasing, supplier coordination, travel administration, and SAP processes. There is potential for remote-work flexibility after the initial on-site period, depending on business needs and the individual's ability to perform the role independently.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
