What you will do:

Ensure smooth implementation of processes in place.

Serve as a liaison between warehouse staff and other departments within the company.

Respond to emails and phone inquiries from suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Organize and maintain physical and electronic files related to warehouse operations, production and the SCIP program.

Prepare and scan all receiving documentation including packing lists and/or invoices.

Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.

Collaborate with the warehouse team: participate in day-to-day warehouse activities, as needed.

Contribute to process improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in warehouse operations.

What you will bring:

Excellent time management skills: ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize work.

Multitasking and prioritization: capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.

Attention to detail: notice and address small details to ensure accuracy.

Problem-solving skills: ability to analyze situations and find effective solutions.

Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish preferred: Clear and effective communication in both written and spoken forms.

Ability to organize and plan tasks efficiently.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite: particularly strong skills in MS Excel.

Experience with Eclipse, preferred.

Capable of lifting to 20 pounds, essential for hands-on warehouse work.

Requirements and Work Environment:

Good Attendance/Safety/Work Record.

Warehouse environment.

Location: This role is based in Fullerton, CA

Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Salary Range:

This is a non-exempt position and pays between $19.00 - $21.00 per hour. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California. The actual range of the role may differ based on the location of the role.
