Summary:
Meta is seeking an experienced Regional Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and optimize warehouse and logistics operations across a defined geographic region in support of Meta's global infrastructure and hardware supply chain. In this role, you will drive operational strategy for regional warehouse networks, ensuring efficient storage, distribution, and fulfillment of hardware assets - including data center equipment, consumer devices, and facility materials - that power Meta's products and platforms. You will partner with cross-functional teams across procurement, facilities, transportation, and program management to build scalable, resilient logistics systems that meet the demands of a rapidly evolving technology organization.

Regional Warehouse Operations Manager Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regional warehouse operations strategy, including capacity planning, inventory management, and distribution network optimization across multiple warehouse sites
Lead cross-functional initiatives with procurement, facilities, transportation, and program management teams to align logistics operations with hardware supply chain and infrastructure deployment timelines
Define and drive key performance indicators for regional warehouse operations, including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment cycle times, and inbound and outbound throughput metrics
Identify systemic gaps in warehouse processes and implement scalable interventions to improve overall supply chain efficiency and reduce operational risk
Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, warehouse operators, and freight partners, holding vendors accountable to service level agreements and operational standards
Develop risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions, including contingency planning for demand surges, transportation delays, and inventory shortfalls
Coach and guide operations team members on process optimization, prioritization frameworks, and continuous improvement methodologies
Communicate operational performance, project status, and strategic priorities clearly to stakeholders and leadership across multiple organizational levels
Lead the evaluation and implementation of warehouse management systems, automation tools, and process improvements to increase throughput and inventory visibility
Contribute to organizational goal-setting by aligning regional warehouse roadmaps with broader supply chain and infrastructure objectives

10+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics management, or supply chain operations within a large-scale technology, hardware, or infrastructure environment
10+ years of experience managing multi-site or regional warehouse networks, including vendor management, capacity planning, and inventory control
Experience developing and driving operational strategy across cross-functional teams, including procurement, transportation, and facilities functions
Experience defining and tracking operational metrics such as inventory accuracy, fulfillment rates, and distribution cycle times to drive continuous improvement
Experience identifying systemic process gaps and implementing scalable solutions to improve warehouse or logistics system performance

Experience leading supply chain resilience planning, including risk assessment and contingency development for regional logistics networks
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and logistics automation technologies used in high-velocity distribution environments
Demonstrated ability to influence operational strategy and contribute to goal-setting at an organizational level across multiple functions
Experience managing warehouse operations in support of data center hardware, consumer electronics, or large-scale technology infrastructure deployments
Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/@context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
Public Compensation:
$138,000/year to $196,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
