As an Unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, respond to alarm-panel activity, use computer or tablet systems, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Mon03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Tue03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Fri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.

Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain required entry documentation.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and escalation protocols.

Document patrol findings, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.

Experience with alarm panels is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
