As a Security Officer Customer Service in Fremont, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer supporting a dynamic automotive location. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing location.

Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.

Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, parking facilities, entry points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, employee, and contractor activity in accordance with site requirements.

Report hazards, unusual activity, equipment concerns, and security-related incidents to the appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

CPR certification is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
