As a Security Officer Credential Verification in Springdale, AR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Access Control Officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will help maintain a secure environment by managing access points, verifying credentials, monitoring activity, and responding to security-related concerns. You will provide professional customer service and clear communication while supporting a visible presence that helps deter incidents. Pay Rate: $14.75 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense manufacturing location.

Monitor and control entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, and maintain accurate access-related records.

Respond to incidents, unauthorized-access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.

Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, facility areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.

Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, contractors, and site personnel while reporting security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
