As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and work with integrity as part of Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first team.

Pay Rate: $19.07 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Thur10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Fri02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sat02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site procedures.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor access points and visitor, employee, and contractor entry in accordance with site-specific procedures, documenting relevant activity and reporting irregularities.

Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation while communicating professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
