About the Position
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Clinic Director to lead a growing outpatient physical therapy clinic in Colorado Springs. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed PT or PTA who enjoys clinical leadership, team development, patient care, and having a meaningful impact on clinic operations.
The Clinic Director serves as a leader for the clinical and administrative team, helping ensure exceptional patient outcomes while fostering a positive, collaborative workplace culture. This role oversees patient care quality, staff performance, scheduling, financial performance, human resources functions, community outreach, and day-to-day clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical and administrative staff.
Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and positive clinic culture.
Hold team members accountable while maintaining strong employee morale and engagement.
Oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling, staffing, and patient care.
Ensure delivery of high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners.
Participate in community outreach and educational programs.
Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, and strategic planning.
Monitor clinic performance and implement initiatives to improve quality and efficiency.
Manage clinic supplies and administrative operations.
Support hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Maintain compliance with applicable state and federal regulations and professional standards.
Provide clinical care as appropriate to support the needs of the clinic.
Clinical Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
Provide high-quality physical therapy services focused on measurable patient outcomes.
Educate patients regarding treatment plans, home exercise programs, and strategies for achieving functional goals.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with other clinicians and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Stay current with clinical best practices and continuing education.
Promote a patient-centered environment where quality care is the top priority.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Active and unrestricted state licensure appropriate to the position.
Minimum 3 years of rehabilitation experience.
Previous management or leadership experience preferred; approximately 2 years of managerial experience is strongly preferred.
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to balance clinical quality with operational and financial responsibilities.

Location & Relocation
This position is in person in Colorado Springs, CO 80919.
Candidates who are not currently local should be willing to relocate to the Colorado Springs area. Relocation may occur over the course of several months to allow sufficient time for credentialing and onboarding.
