This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the go-to resource for customers, staying organized, and working with internal teams to ensure orders, products, and deliveries come together seamlessly.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play an important role in creating a positive customer experience from the first call through order delivery.

Be the customer's go-to contact by answering questions about products, pricing, orders, inventory, and deliveries.

Manage customer orders by accurately entering, updating, and tracking orders while keeping everything moving on schedule.

Help anticipate customer needs by working with customers to understand upcoming inventory demands and coordinating purchasing needs.

Collaborate across teams to keep orders, documentation, and customer information accurate and organized.

Support sales and promotions through customer outreach, promotional initiatives, and engagement activities.

Solve problems by addressing customer concerns professionally, finding solutions, and escalating more complex issues when necessary.

Keep learning by participating in training and staying current on products, procedures, and company standards.

Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in customer service, call center support, order entry, or a related role.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented, customer-focused approach.

Ability to handle inbound calls efficiently while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to address questions, discrepancies, and service issues effectively.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP or inventory management systems is preferred.

Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams and managing several tasks at once while meeting deadlines. TalentMatch®
