The Opportunity

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Customer Consulting practice, focusing on customer-related strategies and initiatives. You will analyze client needs, develop customer-centric solutions, and provide guidance to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth. Within our Sales Operations practice, you will specialize in consulting services that focus on customer sales and service strategies, analyzing engagement processes, and developing strategies to improve sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will leverage team strengths and manage performance to meet client expectations, embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.

In this role at PwC, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engage in conversations with clients and team members, and uphold professional standards. This opportunity allows you to develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same, contributing to the success of our firm.

Responsibilities

Analyzing client needs to develop customer-centric solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth

Leading the development and implementation of customer sales and service strategies to improve sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction

Managing client service accounts and driving engagement workstreams by supervising teams and solving complex problems

Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and deliver on client expectations

Utilizing business transformation and sales strategy skills to identify opportunities for revenue growth

Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables

Implementing sales and operations planning to optimize market penetration and client prospecting

Facilitating cross-selling and upselling initiatives to maximize client value and service delivery

Engaging in strategic questioning and relationship building to support client needs and expectations

Embracing technology and innovation to enhance service excellence and operational efficiency

What You Must Have

At least a Bachelor's degree

At least 5 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
