Description We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations in Culver City, California. This Contract position is ideal for someone who excels at keeping schedules organized, managing communications professionally, and ensuring administrative tasks are handled efficiently. The role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate calendars, arrange meetings, and maintain organized scheduling for team activities and leadership needs.

Manage incoming calls with professionalism, direct inquiries appropriately, and relay messages in a timely manner.

Provide day-to-day administrative support by preparing documents, tracking tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Assist with meeting logistics, including confirming appointments, distributing information, and following up on action items.

Help streamline office workflows by monitoring deadlines and ensuring routine administrative processes stay on track.

Communicate with internal teams and external contacts to support smooth coordination of business activities. Requirements - Experience providing administrative support in an office environment that values accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to handle inbound phone communication courteously and efficiently.

Strong calendar management and scheduling skills with careful attention to timing and detail.

Proficiency in organizing information, managing multiple tasks, and prioritizing competing requests.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.
