American Senior Communities is now hiring an Administrative Assistant

Are you someone who thrives on keeping things organized, solving problems, and helping a team succeed? We're looking for an Administrative Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing exceptional administrative support.

Job Details

Provide administrative support to leadership and office staff

Assist with reporting and analytics by generating and formatting reports for distribution

Manage calendars and meetings

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors professionally

Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and other business documents

Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems

Order office supplies and coordinate vendor relationships

Assist with special projects and company events

Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information

Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

2+ years of administrative or office support experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines

Exceptional attention to detail

Professional demeanor and positive attitude

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
