DESCRIPTION GENERAL FUNCTION As a Sales Associate, your objective will
be to provide an exceptional shopping experience that will encourage
positive customer connections and brand loyalty. MAJOR DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES Promote an excellent customer experience, including but
are not limited to: Greeting and serving customers Inform
merchandisers/managers on stocking needs Ensure all visual standards set
forth by management and the company are always maintained Problem-solve
for any customer issues and loop in management for assistance Manage
complex customer service situations by applying a high touch level of
assistance to VIP clientele on a regular basis and in turn ensure VIP
clientele retention Remain up-to-date and educated on current product
assortment to serve as an informed ambassador of the brand Actively
listen and act on any instructions given by management or superior as
