**Territory includes all of Florida (excluding western part of panhandle) and part of South Georgia
What Territory Management - Dist contributes to Cardinal Health**
Territory Management is responsible for cold calling, prospecting and building relationships that will increase account penetration, revenue growth and customer satisfaction within a specified product line, business segment and/or geography. Focus areas will include driving new business as well as increasing penetration in existing accounts.
Position Responsibilities:
Administrative/Leadership accountability for 5+ field sales people
Quarterly & Annual sales budget responsibility
Analyze and interpret sales/financial data to determine areas of need for territory
Long and short-term strategy/planning
Business to Business negotiation
Support account maintenance and prospecting activities
Responsible for coaching, training, and developing talent
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, preferred
5+ years healthcare sales experience, preferred
Ability to travel 50-75%
Strong planning, forecasting, negotiation, and presentation skills

Manages budget for own area and allocates resources accordingly, applying knowledge of profit drivers within own area/job family

Works with customers to anticipate and interpret customer needs and business challenges

Effectively solicits and explains difficult concepts and persuades others to adopt a point of view; states own point of view
Anticipated salary range: $162,900-$193,300 (includes targeted variable pay)
