Warehouse Associate - Rework Operator

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

Position Summary
Kelly Services is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Rework Operator to manage and safely operate the bagging and rework area. The ideal candidate will support warehouse operations, maintain product quality, follow safety procedures, and contribute to a clean and organized work environment.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Comply with all plant rules and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
Follow the plant attendance policy and maintain reliable attendance.
Maintain good housekeeping throughout all plant areas.
Know the locations of jam-up and emergency-stop buttons.
Use the phone paging system as required.
Review and follow established warehouse and shipping processes.
Support inventory management activities, including:
Individual pallet tracking
Cycle counts
Product rework
Customer returns
Work with other departments on activities related to customer returns, product integrity, and finished-goods production.
Operate the robotic wrapping machine.
Identify product quality or damage concerns and take appropriate action to help prevent recurrence.
Perform job duties in a manner that minimizes environmental impact.
Follow environmental regulations and recycling procedures for waste disposal and chemical use.
Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications and Physical Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to routinely lift up to 55 pounds without assistance.
Ability to work up to 12 or more hours in a hot or cold manufacturing environment, as needed.
Ability to continuously walk and stand on a concrete floor for up to 12 hours.
Ability to work overtime when necessary.
Ability to use cleaning equipment and tools for housekeeping duties while following all safety requirements.
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including:
Steel-toed shoes
Eye protection, such as safety glasses, goggles, or a face shield
Hearing protection
Long-sleeved shirt with shirt tail tucked in, as required for assigned tasks
