About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners and help them create the bathroom of their dreams. Our marketing team generates the leads, so you can focus on what you do best: building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing sales.

Using our proprietary iPad-based sales system, you'll design customized bath remodeling solutions and guide homeowners through the purchasing process.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home sales presentations with homeowners

Utilize our proprietary iPad-based sales platform

Design customized bath solutions using company software

Build rapport and identify homeowner needs

Present pricing and financing options

Close sales and maintain a high conversion rate

Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications

Previous in-home sales experience preferred

Home improvement, remodeling, or construction sales experience is a plus

Strong communication and presentation skills

Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Comfortable working independently in the field

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Ability to deliver professional presentations with confidence

Goal-oriented mindset with strong closing skills
