We're seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Foodservice National Account Manager to lead some of our most important Non-Commercial and Lodging customers. This position offers the opportunity to shape category growth, influence innovation, negotiate strategic agreements, and drive profitable sales growth across a highly visible customer portfolio.

Position Summary
The Foodservice National Account Manager, Non-Commercial & Lodging, is responsible for managing and growing strategic customer relationships including Aramark/Avendra, Compass/Foodbuy, Elior, Hilton, Premier, Sodexo/Entegra, Vizient, and other assigned accounts.
This role maintains complete ownership of assigned customer relationships and business performance, including sales growth, profitability, contract negotiations, annual business planning, innovation commercialization, and field execution alignment. Success requires strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to influence both customer and distributor partners at all levels.
What You'll Do
Drive Strategic Customer Growth
Build and strengthen relationships across all levels of assigned customer organizations.
Develop and execute account strategies that deliver sales growth, profitability, and market share gains.
Achieve or exceed annual sales and profit objectives.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
Lead annual business reviews, joint business planning processes, and growth initiatives.
Lead Strategic Negotiations
Own and lead customer negotiations, including:
RFPs
Contract renewals
Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
New item placements
Promotional programs
Strategic initiatives
Deliver mutually beneficial solutions that create long-term value for customers and Post Consumer Brands.
Partner Across the Organization
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Field Sales, Broker Partners, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Legal, and Category teams.
Communicate customer strategies and priorities to field sales teams to ensure strong local execution.
Support innovation launches and commercialization efforts within strategic accounts.
Manage Daily Business Operations
Oversee customer business processes including:
Item setup and maintenance
Pricing and promotional management
Customer reporting
Digital content management
Forecasting support
Inventory and logistics coordination
Ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Utilize Analytics to Drive Growth
Analyze sales performance, profitability, trade spending, and promotional effectiveness.
Identify growth opportunities through market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.
Maintain a robust weekly sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce.
Effectively manage and optimize trade investments.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies through data-driven decision making.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 8 years of Foodservice sales and/or account management experience with a consumer packaged goods (CPG) food manufacturer.
Experience managing at least one major Contract Management Company, Group Purchasing Organization, or strategic Non-Commercial account, including:
Aramark/Avendra
Compass/Foodbuy
Sodexo/Entegra
Premier
Vizient
Elior
Demonstrated success managing complex customer relationships and negotiations.
Proven ability to develop strategic business plans and deliver measurable sales growth.
Strong financial and business acumen.
Ability to travel up to 25%.

The pay range for this position is $102,093 - $159,265 per year.
