What You'll Do

As a Cleanroom Production Operator, you will help manufacture medical device components used around the world. You will work in a modern cleanroom environment performing production, assembly, inspection, molding, and material preparation tasks while ensuring products meet high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Operate molding and production equipment to manufacture medical-grade silicone and plastic components

Trim, finish, and inspect products according to quality standards

Perform detailed visual inspections, including microscope work

Weigh, mix, and prepare raw materials for production

Complete production documentation and quality records

Use hand tools to perform precision manufacturing tasks

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and cleanroom protocols

Work closely with team members to meet production goals

What We're Looking For

No prior manufacturing experience required. We will train the right candidate.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail

Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity

Ability to follow written instructions and procedures

Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with accuracy

Reliable attendance and positive attitude

Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience is a plus, but not required

You'll work in a bright, modern cleanroom facility with advanced manufacturing equipment. The environment is temperature-controlled, highly organized, and maintained to strict cleanliness standards. Employees use specialized production equipment, microscopes, and hand tools to create high-quality medical device components.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delano, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
