Area Supervisor - Papa Johns

Compensation: base salary + monthly performance bonuses

Schedule: Full-time, daily travel between assigned locations

About the Role

Papa Johns is seeking a high-caliber Area Supervisor to oversee multiple locations. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on rebuilding operational standards, strengthening teams, and driving consistent performance across a market that has experienced recent turnover and is in need of structured leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Ensure all stores meet Papa Johns' standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.

Team Development: Recruit, train, coach, and mentor store-level leaders and team members to build capability and accountability.

Performance Management: Drive improvements in labor management, food cost, inventory control, speed of service, and customer satisfaction.

Culture Building: Reset expectations, reinforce company values, and establish a positive, performance-driven environment.

Compliance & Standards: Maintain adherence to brand policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Daily Travel: Visit assigned stores regularly to provide hands-on leadership, support, and oversight.

Qualifications

Proven experience in multi-unit or store-level leadership within quick-service, retail, or hospitality environments

Strong coaching, communication, and people-development skills

Ability to lead through change and motivate teams in challenging conditions

Solid understanding of operational systems, financial controls, and performance metrics

Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the Milwaukee area
