Compensation & Bonuses

Base salary: $78,000-$95,000 , based on experience

Monthly productivity bonus with earning potential of up to $15,600 annually

Up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus

Relocation assistance available

Work-Life Balance

Flexible scheduling between 7:00 AM-7:00 PM, Monday-Friday

Gradual caseload ramp-up, building to approximately 10-12 patients per day

No weekends

Job Description

As a Physical Therapist at Green Oaks Physical Therapy, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based care for patients with orthopedic and sports medicine conditions while working alongside an experienced, supportive team.

You'll:

Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans

Deliver hands-on care and therapeutic exercise programs that restore function and improve quality of life

Educate patients throughout their recovery to help prevent future injuries

Collaborate with fellow clinicians to achieve exceptional patient outcomes

Maintain accurate documentation and evidence-based clinical practice

Build lasting relationships with patients while helping them return to the activities they love

Qualifications

Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program

Current Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligible for licensure if relocating)

New graduates are encouraged to apply-our comprehensive mentorship program is designed to help you confidently transition into clinical practice
