Job Description
AECOM Hunt is seeking a Construction Intern to be based in Arlington, TX.
This position is expected to begin in Summer 2027.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Performs a variety of assignments designed to develop professional work knowledge and abilities, requiring the application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out tasks.
Follows instructions to accomplish tasks assigned by senior staff.
Meets required schedules while producing quality work.
Interns are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within their field of study.
Internships at AECOM are designed to provide valuable hands-on experience in engineering, design, construction management and infrastructure projects that have a real-world impact while they are enrolled in undergraduate and graduate programs furthering their education. Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering and/or similar discipline and must have completed at least 1 year of study. Candidates who have recently graduated with a bachelor's degree and plan to continue with the master's degree are eligible to apply for these positions. Recent graduates must have been enrolled in their bachelor's degree in the most previous school term with an interest in pursuing an advanced degree in the same or similar discipline at the conclusion of the internship.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to follow direction and manage specific tasks to completion.
Ability to learn new technologies and concepts.
Demonstrated leadership abilities.
Willing to work on a variety of tasks alone or as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior construction internship experience.

Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $16.04 to $28.07.
