About the role:

As an Infrastructure and Operations Delivery and Process intern, you will help improve IT processes, support project delivery, and contribute to continuous improvement projects across the organization.

You will report to the I&O Delivery and Process Manager and be located at our Cranberry facility. This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer, May - August 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

Help analyze existing IT processes, workflows, suggest improvements and communicate findings to team leads and managers

Collect and analyze data to prepare reports and support decision-making

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies, ensure compliance with established standards, and suggest improvements

Help maintain internal documentation, dashboards, and knowledge bases

Contribute to automation and digital transformation projects*

Shadow IT project managers and process analysts to gain exposure to project lifecycle activities

Prepare presentations, summaries, and communication materials for management

Perform administrative tasks related to IT operations and service management

Qualifications:

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field

Completed Sophomore year of college

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $25.40 to $29.00 per hour.
