Overview

The Office Clerk provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of daily office activities. This role is responsible for data entry, filing, recordkeeping, customer service, and general office support while maintaining a high level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Perform general clerical duties, including filing, scanning, copying, and document management.

Accurately enter and maintain data in company systems and databases.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner.

Assist with preparing reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents.

Maintain office records and ensure files are organized and up to date.

Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management as needed.

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.

Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.

Assist staff, management, and customers with administrative requests.

Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous clerical, administrative, or office support experience preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
