Description

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative support to teams and leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is committed to delivering excellent internal and external service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to departments and leadership

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

Answer and route phone calls, emails, and other correspondence

Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents

Maintain office files, records, and databases with accuracy

Order office supplies and help coordinate general office operations

Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting logistics

Support onboarding, special projects, and other administrative initiatives

Greet visitors and help ensure a professional office environment

Handle confidential information with discretion

Requirements

2+ years of administrative support experience preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organization and time management abilities

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset

Preferred Qualifications

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred

Experience supporting multiple team members or executives

Familiarity with office management tools or ERP/CRM systems is a plus
