Day Shift: No shift differential
Swing Shift: +$1.00/hr
Night Shift: +$2.00/hr

About the Role
We are seeking experienced Material Handlers to provide critical production support in a high-tech manufacturing environment. These positions are responsible for keeping production running smoothly by safely moving raw materials, containers, and finished goods between the warehouse and production areas.
You will work closely with Production Supervisors, Shift Leads, and Production Operators to ensure materials are available when needed and finished products are moved safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do
Review production schedules, bills of material, and job sheets to identify materials needed for daily production.
Pull, stage, and distribute raw materials to production areas.
Keep production supplied with the appropriate materials throughout the shift.
Communicate with Production Supervisors, Shift Leads, and operators regarding material needs and container swaps.
Remove full product containers and provide empty containers for production as needed.
Safely move chemical drums and other materials using forklifts and appropriate equipment.
Operate a sit-down forklift and other material-handling equipment.
Use drum lifter attachments to move chemical drums between pallets.
Operate stretch-wrapping equipment.
Use barcode scanners and scanning software to electronically track and move products.
Move finished goods from production to packaging, temporary staging, and warehouse storage areas.
Use a computer to locate materials, research inventory issues, and complete shift pass-downs.
Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records.
Follow all safety, quality, hazmat, and production procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED.
2+ years of material handling experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.
Experience operating a forklift .
Experience using pallet jacks, barcode scanners, and stretch-wrap equipment.
At least 1 year of experience using ERP or inventory management software .
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams .
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
Basic math skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience handling chemicals or hazardous materials .
Familiarity with hazmat labeling.
Knowledge of chemical segregation by hazard class.
Experience working in a chemical manufacturing or industrial production environment.
Hazmat Training: Employees must complete employer-provided Hazmat training in accordance with DOT 49 CFR 172.704 within 90 days of hire.
Safety Shoes
A voucher for steel-toe shoes is provided at orientation.
Paid time is provided at the end of your first shift to purchase your required steel-toe shoes.
