Remote Customer Service Representative
100% Remote Open Availability Required: 7:45 AM - 10:00 PM (Local Time) 6-Month Contract
Are you passionate about helping people and providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to support consumers during the open enrollment season by assisting with account management, password resets, document uploads, and healthcare benefit inquiries. This is a fully remote opportunity with a collaborative team and paid training provided.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support
Answer inbound customer calls and respond to online chat inquiries
Assist customers with account creation and password resets
Help customers upload required documents and navigate online systems
Answer questions regarding healthcare coverage, eligibility, and available plan options
Provide professional, friendly, and accurate customer service on every interaction
Problem Solving & Issue Resolution
Research and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
Diagnose issues and identify appropriate solutions
Escalate complex matters when necessary while ensuring a positive customer experience
Adapt quickly to changing processes, procedures, and program updates
Administrative Support
Accurately document customer interactions and account updates
Input and maintain customer information within internal systems
Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines
Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned
QualificationsRequired Skills
Customer service experience
Experience handling inbound phone calls
Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ideal Experience
Call center or contact center experience
Experience supporting customers in healthcare, insurance, benefits, or related environments
Chat support experience preferred
Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
Training & Schedule
Training Schedule:
Monday-Friday
9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST
Work Schedule:
Candidates must have open availability between 7:45 AM and 10:00 PM based on their local time zone
Schedules may vary based on business needs and open enrollment demands

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Jacksonville, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
