Location: Lexington, Kentucky (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a position in Lexington, Kentucky. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the REAL ID program by assisting customers with their applications and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct customer support for the REAL ID program.

Assist applicants with completing necessary documentation.

Address customer questions and provide accurate information regarding program requirements.

Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.

Handle and process applicant information with attention to detail.
