**Position Title: Operations Manager\

The Opportunity
Manage manufacturing operations of division location, including the
safety, quality, continuous improvement, production, and
warehouse/shipping functions. Support and maintain an appropriate safety
program to improve overall safety performance and employee well-being.
Plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of production departments in
conjunction with production personnel. Responsible for development,
implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing methods. Develop
manpower requirements and set priorities for production schedules. Lead
and drive the capital process from justification to implementation.
Drive continuous improvement and quality standards for the facility to
meet and exceed our customer expectations.
