Position Summary

Position Details

Answer phones, messages, order supplies, distribute mail.

Process packages, UPS, FedEx, CA Overnight.

Customer service

Help Office manager with events organization.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.

Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Responds to requests for service and assistance.

Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Listens and gets clarification
